Masala Mantra – Indian Bistro best Indian food near me. This restaurant gives you the mystique, flavor and spices of Indian Culture. This was our first visit to Masala Mantra and for my husband his first time trying Indian food. I had been trying for years to get him to try Indian food and when he finally agreed I was hoping that Masala Mantra – Indian Bistro would not let me down.

From the moment, we walked into the bistro we were intrigued by the fabulous aromas that tickled our noses. I could tell by the look on my husband’s face that he was excited and now very interested to try the food. The décor of Masala Mantra – Indian Bistro is welcoming and has various statues, pictures and idols throughout the restaurant that truly make you feel like you are eating at a Dhaba located on the busy streets of India.

We started our culinary journey with Samosa which is a traditional fried pastry with a savory filling. We also had their Garlic Naan Bread which is cooked in a tandoor (clay oven). Both of their appetizers were simply amazing and my husband became more and more excited to try the main dishes.

For dinner, we had Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and Rogan Josh. Tikka Masala is an amazing creamy orange colored curry dish. As my husband took his first bite I anxiously watched him to see his reaction…. AMAZING SIMPLY AMAZING he said. As we continued throughout our dinner journey the Butter Chicken and Rojan Josh did not disappoint. The Rogan Josh was the spiciest of dishes that we had filling our mouths with garlic, ginger and onion flavors.
